Recycling at the Oregon City mill has been a focus, starting with a small 25 ton per day plant in 1975. Today we recycle over 500 tons of paper every day. The grades we use are:

Magazines
Pressroom overissue
Press stand over issue
Pressroom trimmings, shavings
Sorted residential mixed waste papers, excluding food board and boxboard
Post consumer white papers
